Why have a 2-3+ year plan that supports your mission, vision, and philosophy of organization? – Structured overview guides board members, coaches, and the community towards stability with future growth.
Why curriculum? – Allows coaches to understand what and how they should be teaching in each age group and the reasons behind the curriculum
How to utilize board members more effectively? – Purpose and guidance on the role of each position
Is the club’s environment being maximized for effectiveness and quality? – Identifying current communication tools, equipment needs, hours of training with appropriate space, and a safe and fun environment to support the mission and vision of the organization.
Should parents be aware of how to support their children? – Education given to parent’s support player development and contributes to the understanding of the club’s mission and vision for development.
Do coaches know how to communicate to the age group they are working with? – Coaches that understand the specifics of age group learning needs improves effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of each practices.
Overview: The two main paths consist of 1) consulting and 2) coach education (support). In both offerings, we assess current practices to identify areas to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of programs.
